So here's the frame.  It's open all around.

Here's the mixture.  PC-7.  A very strong adhesive.

What it looks like after it mixes.  Exciting!!

The adhesive applied.  It's supposed to take an hour to set-up but you can still work it, which makes this a great adhesive.  All you have to do is use a little water to smooth it, or remove any excess, or mold it a bit.

This needs to be cleaned up a little, I know.

I've had to rig up a support system so that I can reach underneath to clean up the PC-7.  I've had some problems.

And THEN I have to make sure each piece is supported while I am gluing other pieces on.  Things have gotten moved around, fallen, etc.  This is a difficult process.  I could do one attachment at a time, but that would take FOR-EV-VUR.

Here's the most difficult one I am working on.  It's half a body and heavy.  It kept peeling away from the sides.  I think I finally figured it out...

The support is precarious, but those are the only two pressure points that will hold the piece in the spot where I want it.  So, yeah, I should have waited for this one, while the others dried a bit.  That way I could have just flipped the frame.

So, this is my first attempt at all this.  I expect there to be a learning curve.  I am going to leave it for a bit, check it every 10 or 15 minutes to make sure it's all in the same spot.  I don't even know if it will be an effective piece when I am done with it.  I will have a better understanding on how to do this...maybe.  Sometimes I pick the hardest way to do things.
More pictures later all you smart crazy folk!

Update:  It is taking a lot longer for this adhesive to set up.  And set up right.  Maybe it has to do with the humidity, I don't know.  Anyway, I will get back to it tomorrow after work an will post pictures.
