Real quick I will post some photos that some of you may have already seen.
You can see fields covered in flowers like this in 20 to 40 acres swatches. Really amazing. In one of the photos you can see what I believe are bee boxes/houses, or whatever they are called, so that is what these fields are for. Truly, it is a spectacle to behold. It's one of Oregon's versions of snow. Makes things a little more comfortable.

Okay so the next image is what a clearcut mountain looks like. I mentioned this before but it looks as though someone played some sick joke on it by leaving a small clump of trees on the top. Of course, it looks as though trees are not the coveted Douglas fir that is harvested here, so that is probably the reason. You will also notice the trees in the distance that are probably still screaming in terror from such a brutal murder.
I've said this before to others, but driving through the mountains is really breathtaking in two ways. The first is the beauty of such beautifully monsterous trees stretching so high into the sky. The second is driving through these forests and coming across a large swatch of earth covered in limbs and broken trunks. The trees are gone. Simple gone. Nothing is left. Of course these places will be replanted, with only one species of tree, in rows.Well, that's it for now. I just thought I would share a little more. Get a little bitter on all ya'll.
Oh and don't forget to click on the photos because they get really big and you can see more detail.
Love to all and all to love.

I think that "boxes" is right.
I think Dr. Jason is always right.
